Shipping Policy
Deliveries
All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days of the order being processed on the website, during peak periods there may be slight delays in processing your orders.
We send all orders out via a tracked 2-3 day service unless express shipping has been purchased.
Orders will always be sent to the delivery/shipping address. Please ensure that you check the delivery address is entered correctly before checking out. We will not accept any liability for mis-deliveries or re-deliveries.
Fresh & Perishable Products
By placing an order for fresh, chilled, frozen, or other perishable products, you agree to ensure that someone is available to accept delivery at the delivery address on the expected delivery date.
We do not accept any responsibility if delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive the order. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the recipient's unavailability, any fresh, chilled, frozen, or perishable products may be disposed of by the courier or become unsuitable for consumption.
No refunds, replacements, credits, or compensation will be provided for fresh, chilled, frozen, or other perishable products where delivery cannot be completed because the recipient was unavailable, delivery instructions were insufficient, or incorrect delivery information was provided.
Due to the nature of perishable goods, risk in such products passes to the customer upon delivery or upon the first failed delivery attempt where the customer or recipient is unavailable to accept delivery.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive an incorrect item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
