Delivery charges

We deliver to England, Scotland and Wales. We are not able to deliver to Northern Ireland at the moment. Your delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Standard delivery (2 working days)
Under 5kg: £2.99, FREE over £30
5kg to 15kg: £5.99, FREE over £55
15kg to 20kg: £5.99
Over 20kg: sent as more than one parcel, £5.99 per parcel of up to 20kg (for example 22kg is £11.98)

Express delivery (next working day)
Under 5kg: £4.99, FREE over £65
5kg to 15kg: £6.99, FREE over £65
15kg to 20kg: £6.99
Over 20kg: £6.99 per parcel of up to 20kg (for example 22kg is £13.98)

*Free UK delivery on orders over £30 applies to orders under 5kg. Heavier orders are charged as shown above.

Deliveries

Orders placed before 5pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 5pm or at the weekend are dispatched the next working day. During peak periods there may be slight delays in processing your order.

All orders are sent with a tracked service. After dispatch, standard delivery arrives in 2 working days and express delivery arrives the next working day.

Orders will always be sent to the delivery address entered at checkout. Please check the delivery address is correct before checking out. We will not accept any liability for mis-deliveries or re-deliveries.

Fresh & Perishable Products

By placing an order for fresh, chilled, frozen, or other perishable products, you agree to ensure that someone is available to accept delivery at the delivery address on the expected delivery date. If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available, these products may be disposed of by the courier or become unsuitable for consumption, and no refund, replacement or credit will be given. Risk in perishable products passes to the customer on delivery or on the first failed delivery attempt.
