Herbamare Original 250g Unrefined sea salt, harvested by hand and infused with 13 fresh organic herbs & vegetables. Herbamare is made from sea salt and 14 fresh organically grown vegetables, garden herbs and iodine-rich seaweed. It is a delicious accompaniment to any meal. Most of us find that we don't use too much salt. With the extra flavor imparted by the herbs in Herbamare, you won't need to use as much salt to achieve the flavors you're used to. Herbamare Herb Seasoning Salt is unique in the way it is traditionally created in our factory in Colmar, an area of France known for its rich agricultural land. The vegetables and herbs destined for Herbamare are grown organically and are brought to the factory within hours of being harvested. Upon arrival, they are cleaned by hand before each ingredient is carefully chopped and mixed with sea salt. It is then left to rest and mature for up to a year before the remaining moisture is gently removed using a special low temperature vacuum process. This soaking process allows the flavors and aroma of the herbs and vegetables to fully integrate into the salt crystal. Once dried, all ingredients are mixed together to make Herbamare®.
